Exchanges are valid only for defective or poor quality products.
If your order does not suit you, that you wish to change size, model or color, you just have to reorder on our eshop. (see Returning an item that does not suit you).

If despite our quality controls your beret is defective or has a defect:

We will pay for the cost of returning poor quality/defective items.

To create a Laulhère account :
- Click on the button "My account" on the top right of the home page then on " Create an account ".
- Fill in the requested information and click on "Create an account" at the bottom of the page.
You will then receive a welcome email confirming the creation of your account.
To log in to your account, click on the "My account" button at the top right of the home page of Laulhere-France.com. Enter your address and your password then click on "Login".
If you wish to receive our Newsletters, go to your "My Account / Newsletter Subscriptions" page and then tick the "I subscribe" box.
If you haven’t received any of our newsletters, try searching in your spams/junk email folder.
If you no longer wish to receive our Newsletters, go to your "My Account / Newsletter Subscriptions" page and then uncheck the "I subscribe" box. You can also click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each of our newsletters we send you.
You can save your shipping address, so that you don't have to type it in every time your make an order. You will be able to modify or delete your shipping adress at any time. To do this, go to your "My account / address book" page.
To modify or delete your personal informations, click on your "My Account" button. This will allow you to manage your addresses and personal informations. In the same space, you can also change your password by clicking on "change password".
If you have forgotten your password, click on your "Account" button at the top right of the home page, and click on "Forgotten your password? " link. Enter your email address and click on "Reset my password". You will then receive an email that will assist you to reset it.

You can find the Laulhère collection in our Parisian boutique located at 14-16 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré 75008. The Heritage collection can be bought exclusively online.
You can add, delete or modify your shopping cart as long as you have not validated your order.
Warning, a validated and paid order is no longer modifiable. If you made a mistake, please contact us by email sav@laulhere-france.com, we will cancel your order in its entirety and you will have to reorder on our website Laulhère-France.com.
Once your order has been confirmed, you do not have the possibility to cancel your order. Nevertheless, if the status of your order is being processed, please contact us by email at SAV@laulhere-france.com so that we can proceed to refund your order as soon as possible.
Your order is confirmed as soon as it appears in your "My account / My Orders".
You will also receive a confirmation email with an order reference number, a summary of all the items in your basket as well as a tacking number which you can use to track your order.
If the item you wish to order has the following indication "Order this beret, it will be made for you. "This means that we are out of stock on this item.
Indeed, our collections are produced in limited quantities in order to limit our impact on the planet.
When you order an item that is not in stock, it will be made especially for you. We are committed to ensuring that you receive your item within a maximum of 4 weeks (6 weeks for orders placed at the end of July, August and during the Christmas and New Year's holidays).
From July 1st 2021, new mandatory European directives will apply to e-commerce sites in terms of VAT. We have therefore decided to display on our eshop a single price including VAT for all countries, but a different VAT depending on your country of delivery. That is why, on our eshop, when you validate your basket, the VAT rate applicable in your country of delivery will be automated and will increase or decrease the amount of your order.
VAT Applicable only in the UK: VAT is no longer included in the price of your beret, but is payable on arrival at the destination. This is part of the new Brexit regulations.
Depending on the country of delivery, customs fees may be applied upon receipt of your package. We do not know the amount and may vary depending on several criteria including the size, weight and amount of your order.

Your banking informations are not recorded. Transactions on our website are processed by a secure payment plateform managed by our partner Payzen. Your payment is fully secured.
Your bank account will be debited as soon as your order is confirmed.

There is no purchase limit on our Laulhère France website.

This technique applies exclusively to berets without a leather headband.
To stretch a one-size beret, please follow the instructions below.
Using your hands, grasp the beret firmly and pull it gently between your hands as you turn the beret. If this is not enough, repeat the operation until you reach the desired size. Be careful, it is not possible to shrink an over-stretched beret.
