Information: For deliveries outside France, you may have to pay VAT and/or customs charges when your package arrives. We do not know the amount and it may vary according to several criteria, including the size, weight and value of your order.

At the moment, in-store delivery is temporarily suspended. We understand that this service may be convenient for some of our customers and we are doing everything possible to restore it as soon as possible.

All our berets, caps, and accessories are carefully prepared and shipped from our workshop in Oloron-Sainte-Marie, in the southwest of France, with the utmost care and in keeping with our commitment to excellence.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery of your package in real time.
You can also check the status of your order at any time in your personal account, under the section "Your account / Your orders". Here are the different statuses you may encounter:

• Processing: your order is currently being prepared in our workshops.
• In preparation: we have received your order and it is being processed.
• Order shipped: your package has been handed over to our carrier and is on its way.
• Completed: your order has been delivered.
• Closed: your order has been refunded.
• Cancelled: your order was cancelled before payment was confirmed.

Exchanges: Exchanges are only possible for defective products or items showing a quality issue.

Important: We do not accept returns of one-size-fits-all (TU) berets that have been stretched. Thank you for your understanding.

At Laulhère, each beret is crafted with the utmost care. However, if your item shows a defect or does not meet our quality standards despite our thorough checks, we invite you to follow the procedure below:

• Our team will promptly inform you of the procedure to follow for the return or exchange.

The return shipping costs are fully covered for any product recognized as defective or non-compliant.

We are committed to offering you products 100% made in France, with the highest level of craftsmanship and excellence.

If, unfortunately, your product does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return it for a refund. Here are the steps to follow:

• You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return the item.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition (unworn, undamaged), returned in its original packaging (box, pouch, or any provided packaging), accompanied by the purchase invoice and the return form.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. The return must be made using a carrier that provides tracking to ensure proper receipt of your package.

Important: One-size-fits-all (TU) berets that have been adjusted or stretched cannot be refunded, as they are no longer considered new products.

Once your returned package has been received and checked by our workshop, you will receive an email notification confirming the processing of your request.

We commit to processing your refund within a maximum of 14 business days from the receipt of your return, using the same payment method initially used for your order.

To ensure the proper handling of your return, please remember that the item must be returned in its original packaging (box, pouch, or any other provided packaging) and in perfect condition — unworn and undamaged. Please also note that one-size-fits-all (TU) berets that have been adjusted to the customer's head size cannot be refunded, as they are no longer considered original products.

When you see the mention "Order this beret, it will be made for you," it means that the item is not immediately in stock. At Laulhère, we have chosen to produce on demand, following a responsible manufacturing approach to avoid overproduction and overconsumption.

By ordering this type of item:

• Your beret, cap, or other knit accessory will be specially made for you in our workshop in Oloron-Sainte-Marie.
• The manufacturing and delivery time is a maximum of 3 weeks from the validation of your order.
• During the summer period (end of July and August) or the holiday season, this period may be extended to up to 6 weeks.

Each piece is carefully crafted, respecting our excellence in craftsmanship and our responsible commitments.

The mention "Online Exclusive" indicates that the item concerned is exclusively available for online purchase on our website laulhere-france.com.

This means that the product is not available in our physical stores, neither in Paris nor at our locations in the South-West of France (Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Bayonne, Nay). Since July 1, 2021, new European regulations on VAT applicable to e-commerce have come into effect. In accordance with these directives, Laulhère automatically applies the VAT rate according to your country of delivery. What this means for you:

This method applies exclusively to one-size berets without a leather headband.

To stretch your beret and adjust it to fit your head size, follow these simple steps:

• Hold the beret firmly with both hands.
• Gently stretch the edge of the beret, pulling it gradually between your hands while rotating it on itself.
• Repeat the process if necessary until you achieve the desired fit.

Warning: Once the beret is overstretched, it cannot be reduced in size. We recommend proceeding gradually and gently.
